Challenging Ridge Cases: Overcoming Severe Bone Loss, Narrow Ridge & the Sinus Barrier

Description:
This category highlights implant cases in highly compromised ridge conditions — including severe bone resorption, narrow ridge, and anatomical challenges posed by the maxillary sinus.
The focus is on how clinicians strategically overcame these limitations through surgical precision, advanced techniques, and effective use of Dentium implant.
Cases involving sinus proximity, crestal or lateral sinus elevation, or implant placement in minimal bone volume are encouraged.

Key Evaluation Points:

•Pre-operative diagnostics (CBCT or OPG, intraoral photos, bone volume assessment)
•Ridge management techniques (e.g., ridge split, minimal GBR, narrow ridge expansion)
•Management of sinus-related limitations (e.g., sinus lift, implant positioning near sinus floor)
•Implant placement strategy for achieving primary stability
•Prosthetic outcomes and soft tissue profile

SuperLine Highlights:

•Tapered body and aggressive thread design for enhanced stability in compromised bone
•Platform switching for crestal bone preservation and soft tissue maintenance
•Wide range of diameters and lengths ideal for narrow ridges or sinus proximity
•Proven performance in both immediate and staged approaches
