1. Scope of Policy

This Refund and Transfer Policy (“Policy”) applies to all ticket purchases for Dentistry Unplugged 2025, including:

• 3-Day Entry Admission Ticket (“Event Ticket”).
  
  
• Workshop Admission Ticket (“Workshop Ticket”)

By purchasing any of the above, the purchaser (“Ticket Holder”) agrees to the terms below.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

• Personal change of plans or availability.
  
  
• Travel disruptions or visa issues.
  
  
• Illness or emergencies.
  
  
• Event schedule conflicts.

This policy ensures fairness and supports the operational costs of Dentistry Unplugged 2025, including commitments to venues, speakers, vendors, and production partners.

3.0 Transfer Policy – Workshop Tickets Only

Only Workshop Admission Tickets are eligible for transfer. Event Tickets are non-transferrable.

3.1 Transfer Eligibility

• Transfers must be initiated no later than 60 days before the event start date.
  
  
• Transfer requests submitted after this deadline will not be accepted under any circumstance.

3.2 Transfer Procedure

To initiate a Workshop Ticket transfer:

3.2.1 Email a written request to finance@dentalmediagroup.asia at least 60 days before the event with:

• The original purchaser’s name and contact.
  
  
• The full name, email, and contact number of the new participant.
  
  
• Workshop ticket purchase confirmation.
  
  

3.2.2 Await written confirmation from the Dentistry Unplugged 2025 team. A transfer is only valid once officially approved in writing.

3.3 Transfer Conditions

•  Only one transfer is permitted per Workshop Ticket.
  
  
• The transferee must meet any eligibility criteria or prerequisites related to the workshop.
  
  
• Workshop Tickets may not be resold above face value.
  
  
• If the transferee does not already have an Event Ticket, they must purchase one separately to gain access to the event premises, as entry to the workshop is only permitted to Event Ticket holders.
  
  
• Dentistry Unplugged 2025 reserves the right to deny a transfer if the new participant is deemed to conflict with the event’s safety, code of conduct, or values.

4. Event Cancellation & Force Majeure

In the event that Dentistry Unplugged 2025 is cancelled by the organizers for any reason—including but not limited to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions, acts of war, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers’ control)—a full refund will be issued for both Event Tickets and Workshop Tickets.

• Notify all ticket holders via the registered email.
  
  
• Outline the refund process and timeline clearly.
  
  
• Offer, where possible, alternative arrangements such as ticket deferment.

No refund requests will be entertained unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

5.0 Agreement and Acknowledgment

By purchasing or accepting transfer of a ticket to Dentistry Unplugged 2025, the Ticket Holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy.
